D2 Original Shame: Religious and sociocultural considerations of shame with the LGBTQ Community
This workshop stems from considerable graduate level research on feelings of shame and unworthiness often experienced with religious individuals in the LGBTQ community.
Emphasis will be on the aforestated community but will include generalized feelings of shame often felt with the Abrahamic religions. We will offer hope and resources for those which have faced these challenges.
