D4 Know Thyself: How Organizations Use The Predictive Index System to Develop Self-Awareness and Build Effective Teams
The Predictive Index behavioral assessment is the foundation of the Predictive Index system, with more than 2 million assessments completed every year. It is a science-based assessment that provides managers with accurate, actionable data that a resume or reference call won’t provide.
In this workshop we will administer the Predictive Index behavioral assessment to you and help you to read your results which will build self-awareness and personal insight. You will be able to take this new knowledge back to your workplace and apply how it can impact team interactions, communication, and work styles.
