E5 Indiana Department of Child Services Practice Model

We will be reviewing the Indiana Department of Child Services Practice Model with an engaging discussion of each person's role, as we work with children and families. It is an integral part of this agency and is interwoven into how we work with each other and the people we serve.

This Practice Model provides a clear direction on how our agency values children, families, employees, providers and stakeholders. As we embrace this model, we strive to treat people the way we want to be treated. We have an awesome responsibility to be a positive influence to others. By doing that, we hope that this is passed along so all can experience genuineness, empathy, respect and professionalism.
