D7 Senior Leadership Session (all-day) Dare to Lead Greatly: The Key to Securing Your Organization's Legacy
Leaders across the country are being called upon to lead their organizations during a time of unprecedented volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (V.U.C.A.). Nowhere is this more evident than in the child welfare sector. While navigating divisive political times, fees for services that have not kept pace with expenses, and result-based versus service-based contracts, many leaders have lost focus on their organization’s most powerful differentiator: untapped employee potential.
People are the bridge between strategy and execution; leaders either support or destroy the bridge. The importance of balancing people and performance is clearly understood, but knowing where to start is often a mystery. Cutting through the noise created from the overabundance of information on leadership, this highly interactive seminar takes you back to the foundation of leadership; challenging you to Live your Values, Embrace your Purpose, Attend to your People, and Deliver the Goods. So, are you ready to L.E.A.D.?
In this all-day seminar participants will learn the four core principles of the L.E.A.D. system, the 3 interventions to increase employee engagement, and the key to balancing relationship building with performance outcomes.
Please note: This is an all-day seminar. Participants who sign up for it will also be automatically registered for the remaining two parts (sessions E7 and F7).

Most recently Tony held the position of Chief of Organizational Development for a national non-profit organization where he helped design and build the organization’s culture and led the people-side of multiple mergers and acquisitions.
As a leader, Tony’s goal has always been the same; impact the organization by positively impacting the lives of those he led. It was this passion to bring out the best in people that led to his entry into Talent Management and Development. Once there, he discovered he could multiply the impact of an organization’s talent by creating and implementing people processes designed to support, engage, and equip those charged with the responsibility of carrying out the organization’s mission. His unique blend of integrity, empathy, and energetic pursuit of change inspires confidence and lasting vision-to-implementation in every organization he touches.
When he is not cheering for his beloved Cowboys or Texas Longhorns, you will find him deeply entrenched in the favorite activities of his wife and children. Tony has a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional
