Home-Based Parent Aid

Job Description: Responsible for assessing the needs & risks of adolescent residents in a transition from Residential Services to Aftercare Programing; defining desired outcomes and associated treatment plans; coordinating services, treatments and supports; and preventing and managing crises to further the achievement of individualized goals for permanency and community living.

Job Description: The Residential Therapist is responsible for comprehensive counseling (75%) and case management (25%) services to difficult populations/youth-at-risk and their families along with providing emotional support and guidance. Will apply supervisory techniques required in the care and counseling of youth. This position assists the youth to become aware of strengths and needs for healthy adjustment to their environments.

  • Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Master’s degree in Social Work. Licensed or license eligible preferred.
