Homemaker/Parent Aid

Job Description: Homemaker/parent aid provides assistance and support for parents who are unable to appropriately fulfill parenting and/or homemaking functions. Paraprofessional staff assists the family through advocating, teaching, coaching, demonstrating, monitoring, and/or role modeling new, appropriate skills for coping with the following areas in an effort to build self-sufficiency:
1. Time management
2. Care of children (Life Skills Training not the provision of Child Care)
3. Child development
4. Health care
5. Community resources (referrals)
6. Supervise visitation with child(ren)
7. Identify support systems
8. Problem solving
9. Family reunification/preservation

Home Based Family Centered Casework/Fatherhood/Visitation Facilitation
 (Clark, Scott, Floyd, Harrison, Washington Counties)

Salary Range: $18-$20 per hour

Job Description: Providing in-home case management services to families involved with child protective services. Assisting families with identified goals. Providing supervised visitation. Transporting clients to and from appointments as needed. Flexibility in a schedule is critical, evening and weekend availability is a must. Traveling to surrounding counties. Providing services in varied environments and managing your caseload schedule. We are looking for someone who is available for evenings and weekends and willing to carry a full time caseload. Bilingual/Spanish speaking needed.

Travel expectations: Required to travel to and from clients home as well as transporting clients using own vehicle.

Work hours: Flexible-looking for someone who is available for evenings and weekends. 

Candidate Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology or Social Work with no experience and/or Bachelor's degree in other human services with 2 years of experience in the social service field. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be willing to undergo extensive background checks.

Home Based Therapist
(Clark, Scott, Floyd, Harrison, Washington Counties) 

Salary Range: $35-$40 per hour

Licensing: Current license issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board as one of the following: Social Worker, Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, or Mental Health Counselor Associate.
