LifeSolutions is a strengths-based, collaborative, and trauma-informed counseling practice dedicated to helping people reach their full potential and heal from challenges throughout all stages of life. We work directly with families with active cases with the Department of Child Services, providing them with home-based services to ensure children are provided with safe, stable and nurturing environments. Family Preservation Case Manager

Salary range: $38,000-$50,000 (dependent on caseload)

Job Description: Family Preservation Case Managers will work with families who are involved with the Department of Child Services (DCS) while the children remain in the family’s home. FPCMs will work with families in their homes to provide parenting education and help connect families to community resources that will allow parents to provide a safe, stable home for their children long term. Most families involved in these services will receive services for an average of 6-12 months. Full-time FPCMs will be expected to carry a caseload of 8 families at a time, be able to organize and manage their schedule independently, and complete case documentation on time. FPCMs will receive weekly supervision. A successful Family Preservation Case Manager (FPCM) is self-motivated, organized, responsible, able to manage their time, travel, and daily/weekly schedules wisely, and communicate promptly and clearly with clients, co-workers, and provider team members. They are creative and collaborative in finding solutions and resources for families while being diligent and disciplined in their documentation. They know and adhere to all ethical codes of conduct. 

Travel expectations: Provide home-based services to families in the county or counties in which you choose to accept referrals (see above for list of counties to choose from).  Each family nust be seen a minimum of once per week in their home. 

Work Hours: Flexible. This is a full time position but exact hours can be determined by each individual provider. 

Candidate Qualifications: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, the ministry, pediatrics, education, nursing, or similar areas.

Home-based Therapist

Salary range: $40,000-$60,000 (dependent on caseload)

Job Description: LifeSolutions Counseling is a strength-based group counseling practice whose mission is to help people reach their full potential. We provide evidenced-based and best practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Child Parent Psychotherapy, Concurrent Documentation and Art/Interactive Play Therapy to assist children and families achieve successful independence and self-sufficiency. LifeSolutions has Board Certified clinicians who are licensed for outpatient therapy as well as contracts with the Department of Child Services (DCS) and the Department of Mental Health and Addiction. Finally, we offer strength-based supervision that leads to clinical licensure in the state of Indiana. In addition to meeting with individual clients, staff will coordinate care with the Family Case Manager within the Department of Child Services and other providers involved in each client's case. Clients present with a variety of issues with some of the most common being substance abuse, domestic violence, trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, relationship problems with family or significant others, stress management, homelessness, and lack of resources.

Outpatient Therapist

Salary range: $50,000-$85,000

Job Description: Seeking fully licensed therapists available to work full time in the outpatient setting on the southside/Greenwood area. Therapists will begin working utilizing telehealth and will later have office availability. Therapists should be clinically skilled and have the ability to work independently.

Travel expectations: Therapists will begin working utilizing telehealth and will transition to Greenwood/South Indianapolis location in the future.

Work Hours: Open/Flexible
