IARCA Institute for Excellence Leadership Symposium 2019 - Nashville, IN

Join us May 9th-10th at the Brown County Inn in beautiful Nashville, IN for a few days "away" of networking, collaboration and skills development in an enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere.

We’re very excited to have Lloyd Bullard of LBIC Consulting and Hazel Blake-Parker of the Global Center for Creating Learning leading our symposium this year. Both are experienced, knowledgeable trainers committed to strong organizations and healthy children and families.

Recognizing some of the big changes on the horizon for child welfare community leaders in Indiana, Hazel and Lloyd will lead participants through a highly interactive day-and-a-half seminar on being prepared to make the changes (personally and organizationally) and connections needed to thrive in the next decade.

Participants will have an opportunity to:

  • Learn practical strategies that enable leaders and organizations to recognize challenges and change as opportunities
  • Learn concepts that are critical to leading the organization, being accountable, and providing staff with professional development in the midst of change
  • Learn concrete approaches for fostering cultural and linguistic competence and inclusiveness in the midst of looming changes

PLEASE NOTE: Registration cost includes a copy of "Who Moved My Cheese," the well regarded management training text. We'll mail a copy to all registrants so you can be ready to take full advantage of the Symposium.
