Referral Assistance

IARCA provides free information and placement assistance to parents, probation officers, county DCS workers, schools and other concerned professionals who are seeking placement services for children.  Please provide as complete and accurate information as possible in order to obtain the most appropriate placement suggestions including Home-Based Services, Foster Care, Emergency Shelter, Open Residential Care, Staff Secure/Locked Secure, PRTF, Acute Care, and Older Youth Services.
