Scholarship Opportunities
Thanks to generous support from Lilly Endowment, IARCA is providing partial scholarships for participants who complete any of the following prep courses and are employed by an IARCA member agency who is in good standing. Scholarships are paid after a participant has completed a course and provided proof of completion.

NASW Social Work Licensure Prep Course

IARCA does not register anyone for any of these courses. You must register with the provider of the course noted above.
Scholarship amount
The amount of money we have to provide scholarships is limited. Therefore, scholarships are provided on a first come, first serve basis. Scholarships are generally $100 but the amount will vary based on demand (including being less than $100 if demand is high).
Receiving a scholarship
Scholarships can be paid directly to participants who paid out of pocket or to member agencies who covered the cost of an employee’s course registration.
Direct payment
If you are employed by an IARCA member agency in good standing, have completed one of the above courses, and you paid the registration fee out of pocket, please email Elaine Daniel (edaniel@iarca.org) with a scan of your completion certificate. Please include a mailing address where a check can be sent.
You will receive an email confirming whether funds are available and the amount of the scholarship if so. When scholarships are available, checks will be mailed out within 30 days of receipt of your email.
Reimbursement
If you are an IARCA member in good standing who paid your employee’s/employees’ registration fee, please email Elaine Daniel (edaniel@iarca.org) with the name of the employee/employees who completed the course and all relevant completion certificates.
You will receive an email confirming whether funds are available and the amount of the scholarship if so. When scholarships are available, checks will be mailed out within 30 days of receipt of your email.
Please note: Applications for scholarships must be made within 30 days of the completion of the course to be considered.
